Corning Eagle XG is known for its advanced optical properties and durability. Eagle XG offers superior clarity, scratch resistance, and enhanced light transmission. Young’s Modulus (Elastic Modulus): 72 GPa
Poisson’s Ratio: 0.21
Thermal Expansion Coefficient:
- Between 25°C and 300°C: 3.4 x 10⁻⁶ /°C
Glass Transition Temperature: Approximately 660°C
Softening Temperature: Around 880°C

Refractive Index (589 nm wavelength): 1.512
Optical Transmittance:
- High transmittance in visible light range (400-700 nm)
- Optimized for LCD and OLED performance

- JNS can apply a custom Optical Coating to pass or block UV or IR light
Surface Quality: High surface flatness and smoothness for precision displays I standard on Corning Eagle XG. JNS can polish the glass further to meet the tightest standards for flatness and surface roughness.
