Durability and lightweight strength are among key requirements for industrial glass products, especially for cover glass used in displays and industrial equipment. In certain applications, ruggedization is also necessary to provide enhanced resistance in harsh operating environments.

We work with industrial OEM customers across industries to develop new products and improve existing products using Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3. Our experience in chemical strengthening, precision laser cutting, and screen printing allows us to meet each application’s unique environmental stresses and safety requirements:
- Chemical strengthening. A sodium and potassium ion exchange process is used to create a protective compression layer, resulting in highly resilient, damage-resistant glass. This is ideal for thin glass applications requiring dependable function and enhanced impact strength.
- Precision laser cutting. We work with challenging dimensions, offering ultra-thin glass materials and precise shape cutting. We can fabricate thicknesses down to 0.3 mm Corning® Gorilla® Glass, with precision slicing and dicing capabilities.
- Custom screen printing. We can print multi-color borders, graphics, and logos on Gorilla® glass, maintaining tight tolerances all the way to the edge of the glass.
- Hole drilling. We handle stepped holes, countersinks, blind holes, and tapered shapes to meet precise mechanical and optical requirements.
- CNC edges. Our CNC edge grinding and polishing services deliver chip-free edges with tight tolerances and flawless finishes. The process supports complex geometries and high-volume throughput while maintaining premium surface quality.
- Dicing. JNS provides precision slicing and dicing of ultra-thin glass down to sub-millimetre thicknesses.
- Etching. We offer glass etching services to provide tamper-resistant markings and surface patterns while preserving optical clarity and strength.
