Transparent conductive coatings are very often used in electro-magnetic shielding, electrical heating, and cutting edge display applications. The coating material we use is indium-tin oxide (ITO), which provides excellent durability. The viewing surface is coated with a non-glare producing anti-reflective coating, providing maximum resolution. Various bus bar and termination techniques are available.

JNS Glass

Availability:

Subtrate:  Any Glass substrate

Thickness:  As thin as 70 microns and as 1.00”

Size: Custom Shapes and sizes to 27” diameter

Features:

  • Custom Index Matching: can be specifically designed to be used next to liquid crystal, cements, index oils, and various other materials
  • Thicker ITO layers will yield lower sheet resistivities and higher reflectance
  • Sheet resistivities as low as 5 to 10 ohms/SQ and as high as a few thousand ohms/SQ can be achieved
  • Ion-assisted depositions for environmental resistance requirements
  • Low profile deposited tri-metal and precision printed high temperature silver epoxy bus bars can be added
  • Viewing surface coated with glare reducing broadband anti-reflective coatings
